Half of the world's population still lacks access to basic health care. Due to the humanitarian obligation of UHC for all parts of the world's population and the WHO's specific goals of Universal Healthcare by 2030, novel and innovative ideas and research approaches are needed. The ILERA project of HORA X Modern Miracle can provide sustainable support to achieve this goal.
ILERA is an all-inclusive and technology-enabled health system focusing on underprivileged communities. ILERA offers multiple opportunities to detect diseases and strengthen domestic production and trade. On the one hand, various diseases such as malaria, hypothyroidism, or several lung diseases can be detected with almost zero transaction costs regardless of the patient's location and the caregiver's expertise. In addition, essential medicines, equipment, and hygiene products can also be obtained via the platform. Furthermore, ILERA provides the possibility to check water and soil quality to strengthen local agriculture. To achieve this, ILERA relies on the use of critical technologies such as (1) artificial intelligence and (2) blockchain technology, taking into account cost-efficiency through the use of (3) low-priced and reliable hardware.
